when students participate their learning process is not perceived as fatigue but as a game worth playing
2.4.2 Practical Activity
The aim of the game is to conquer territories, by putting a flag anytime the students answer a question correctly.
The students are divided into groups of two or three. Each group has to answer ten questions about geography or history. The questions should not have just yes/no questions or multiple choices but students should think critically and demonstrate not only their knowledge but also thinking abilities.
The first question is given to all groups. When a group gives the correct answer, they can get access to the second question, and so on. The first group who answer and submit the ten questions can “capture the flag and the territory” and win.
